I have completed my GM smithy hammer and have an extra artisan's seal, it is up on my smith for 5k but feel free to offer a lower price, I need to get back to smithing so the money is needed =)
Also, if I'm on Maxerae and in the Bazaar/Shadowhaven area, and anyone needs a seal made but doesn't have all the other skills up, I wouldn't mind making a seal with components provided for a small donation to help cover the skill-up burdens from my owh JC/pottery skill-ups
