Rune of Tempest on Bertox

I am desperatley searching for a Rune of Tempest on the Bertox server if you happen to have one for sale. I have farmed and did some vendor diving and checked the bazaar, NOTHING.

This is the last item I need for the Research Trophy.

Im begining to think they are removed from the game, heh. Hope they werent changed in the patch.

Actually I found one in the bazaar finally after searching over a week. I havent seen another one since.
