Running some analysis on the stats of the various cultural weapon augs I've found an inconsistency in the "of the Depths" types.
At first glance its stats look like its intended to have a nuke process (although it has none). After looking at symbols from other tiers, however, it appears this symbol is supposed to have extra cold elemental damage.
For comparison at Vicious stats:
Venerable Vicious Symbol of the Depths
has the same base stats as:
Venerable Vicious Symbol of Storms
but without the extra nuke process.
It was probably intended to match:
Venerable Vicious Symbol of Wildfire
The lack of cold elemental damage persists across the Nimble and Penetrating augs for the tier as well, but the augs in the two other tiers I compared against seem okay.
Unless this aug was intended to be the worst possible DPS aug for cultural weapons short of no aug at all and only at the venerable tier, it probably deserves some attention.
