I've managed to track down all the relevant stats and EQ Item IDs for nearly all the extravagant armor. I'm missing the relevant information for only one set. If there are any frogloks out there with master tailoring skill - we need the stats for the extravagant lorekeeper armor set. 
I'm just not finding that set anywhere I know to look (EQ Items, Lucy or Magelo). You don't have to make the set - just scribe the Extravagant Froglok Cultural Tailoring book, click on the results and give us the stats (or run the lucy or eq items collector(s) and I can get the stats from that once they show up there).
Many of the stats for the extravagant armors were entered manually, so if anyone catches any errors - first accept my apologies and second tell us so we can correct it!
