Heya, folks, since the multiple threads about this keep dropping off the front page, making folks start new threads on it (or send me personal messages), here's the deal.
Avatar uploading isn't working for all people. Due to changes with how the phpbb support works, we cannot get this fixed. We're pretty much hamstrung until we can migrate the boards (again), which will not happen until the database is launched and settled into place.
