This turned out to be not quite accurate.
There is a level based duration formula or 1 min + (your_lvl * .3 min).
At level 60, you would have 19 minutes, but at level 20 you have only 7 minutes. Which means 8 clicks an hour and about 42pp cost per hour. Ugh! My poor little gnome was a bit upset when the buff started fading away shortly after the 6 minute mark.
