Brewing Recipe IDs

There still isn't a specific field to put these in, but IF a Brewing recipe counts towards 350, I have added EQRecipeID: ####### into the notes for the recipe for all Brewing recipes that count. Some recipes that don't count may have EQRecipeID: Does not count towards 350 or there may just be nothing in the recipes notes. Both of those are indicators that as of 8/11/2020 the recipe does not appear in the outputfile recipes Brewing output and therefore does not count towards 350. I have also added notes for "Learned as: " the recipe name that will appear in the brewing container interface if it does not match the item it produces.

Please feel free to report any errors I have made in the Database Update Submission forum for BREWING recipes only. I will continue to work on other skills (and continue adding "does not count notations" as time permits.
