I swear this was corrected in game, but its showing as Censor (still/again?).

It is supposed to be Censer according to all the other items in game. Maybe for now put a note that it is currently learned as Censor.

Looks like you tried to report it in a bug thread in August 2020. It looks like they did the initial 'Censor" cleanup in 2018 and appeared to do another round in Nov 2020, but didn't do this one nor the Ascending Sun Censor correction.
