grand master at brewing

:?: anyone know where to find the recipie to the grand master item for brewing? for having int 88 and being a brand master at brewing is quite a feat. any suggestion on where i may fing it?

yea that was the item i was thinking about. the one i saw a link too must have been blacksmithing. it looked like a knife.sword
