n00b question about drops in PoV

Just wondering if anyone mind confirming some info.
Brick of valorium drops from random mobs in PoV?
Talon for valorium ring of gallantry drops from mobs in PoV cave?

Got metallic liquid & raw from golems in PoV wasteland, but for the time I've hunted in PoV I've never seen brick or talon... :cry:

talons drop in the caves off of razorfiends, and the valorium drops all over, but drops alot from the undead camps.
