Not sure if this has been asked but couldn't find it if it has. Does anyone know how to get Bors to Talk to you. I am lvl 61, have Flag for 1st flag from PoJ and am skill 168 in Smithing. He keeps telling me im a little inexperienced and to come back later.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
