Do nitillim's grimoire pg. 115 exist?

I have spent the past week trying to find one of these on a merchant to buy without any luck. I have killied hundreds of mobs in the right level range for these to drop without luck. Does this item exist in the game? I want them for high elf racial robe as I have about 40 dye made from lichenclover. If anyone knows where I can kill to get some of these please let me know. uslic001@hotmail.com

All the old research is random off of mobs that are level appropriate. Try the bazaar. Niltim's pages drop like crazy in places like sebilis.

They exist, and they're not uncommon. I've made at least 100 of those robes in recent weeks. But it's Nilitim, not Nitilim.

Most likely the problem is that some other high elf tailor searched all the merchants before you did.


The smart way to get them is to seed some vendors. The popular vendors in Bazaar and PoK are good choices because so many people sell there, but there are a few other good spots.

Here's how it's done. Wait until a day or two after a patch. Buy the merchant out of one or two cheap items, so that there's a blank space in the list, and then sell one Nilitim 115 to him. Now Nilitim 115 is in his list and any that are sold to him will stack there. Come back a week later, or before the next patch, and buy a whole stack of Nilitim 115. If you're clever you can even manipulate it so that the Nilitim 115 is on the vendor, but after the 80th spot, so that the other tailor won't buy 'your' stash.

If that's too complicated, I'll at least suggest this. Don't buy a vendor out of 115 completely. If you find five on the merchant, sell one back to him. So long as there's at least one 115 in his list, any 115s sold to him will stack there. But if you buy the last 115, then any that are sold to him will be deleted because there's no room in the list for them.

Thanks for the advice. I can't even find one to start seeding vendors. I always seed vendors for spiderling silks, etc so I know how to do it. Well I guess I will keep killing things till I get some. I find a lot of page 116 on vendors but can't find any 115. Someone else must be doing the vendor rounds before me.

As for the spelling I just copied and pasted the spelling from the recipe pages on this site. I guess they have it spelled wrong in all the recipes on this site and will need to correct it when they get the new database going.

other decent places for Nit pages is the raptors in tim deep, hate and fear. Seb and Chardok are pretty good. Veliuos mobs tend to drop components lower than they should... giants, genoids, and wyverns dropping 29th - 39th level spell components... so stick with old worl planes, or kunark.

I see a lot of Nilitim 115, as well as Tears of Prexus, drop in Hole, in the jail area. We've been there a while, looking for the dusty tome for SK epic, and got quite a number of all sorts of Nilitims and stuff.

Well I found a good spot for page 115. The tro jeg on the plateau in scarlet desert drop 115 and many other research components on a regular basis. I discovered this by looking on one of my alts that I used to store stuff that dropped when I quaded tro jegs on the plateau for 2 levels. I had 47 page 115 on my alt. I got 4 skill ups on the 47 attempts I made last night. Skill is at 171 atm. Thanks for your pointers on other places to hunt since I am now out of page 115.

runes/words

I've been looking for runes for wizard research. Anyone know what camps drop them?

I've found the nightstalkers in PoN drop necro words. A few days ago I got 16 words, 2 half pages and three runes from them in a few hours.
