Obliteration Scried Swatch

Using the recipe for a lvl 60 necro spell "Banishment of Shadows" given by Castersrealm; Words of Obliteration, Quill, Parchment I did the combine and received a "Obliteration Scried Swatch" :?: :shock: :cry:

Does anyone know if this spell requires an additional step requiring additional items? OR Was the recipe given by Castersrealm incorrect? OR Is it a type of Failure ?

If it is a "failure" what tradeskill is an Obliteration Scried Swatch used in and for? Can I sell it? {It indicates "this item is used in Tradeskills" }
