Anyone know what mobs in Torment drop Putrescent Blood?

I have hunted in Plane of Disease extensively since week one of PoP going live... never saw it drop there. Why is it listed in EQ Traders as dropping here? Who made that post and what does it drop from?

Additionally, after getting flagged for Plane of Torment, I have hunted there a lot too... never seen it drop. AllaKhazam's has it listed as dropping there...

The reason we believe it drops in the Plane of Torment (not Disease) is because it is a skilling componenet for Torment items. If there is a sub-zone of Torment, it is possible it drops there, instead...

Saryrn is in Torment proper, unlike, say, Terris' residence in Nightmareb, so there is no sub-zone. I've hunted quite a few things in Torment, too, but I have seen none of this blood anywhere. And I've definitely been keeping my eyes open for it.

I don't remember now who made the report, but it definitely came from a member. However, given that the information is on one of the old message boards, and it could be buried in PoP Data, PoP Discussion, or any one of a number of other forums based on some sort of member zen posting strategy that never quite seems to make any logical sense to me, it's unlikely I'm going to be able to find the name of the poster, etc. in that chaos. (The search feature over there is definitely lacking, as well, so ...)

At this point, I can only go by what's been reported in by members, as I'm far too busy just trying to keep up with the boards, site updates and database work to try to hunt various spots for drops, much less actually have much time for "fun" in game. :(

Yes, it does drop in torment, in the inside of some creature type event you fight things that drop it.

I have never seen it drop elsewhere.

What?! My guild has fought everything and killed Saryrn and Sorrowsong... my question is STILL what drops it... what creatures... what do they look like, et al.

Sorry, but playing EQ for 3 years and seeing so much spurious info posted on message boards has made me jaded. :?
