Finally rounded up the items and made my Fletching Trophy last night at 237. Bought enough stuff for two combines and was excited to get it on first try =)

Do the 5% on geerlok and the 5% on trophy stack? And is it true that, even with trophy at 250skill our cap is 255 and not 262,5?

I thought I read a post from the Developers that the cap is actually 253 could be wrong, couldn't find the post/news article I read it in. That even if you use the focus items, there is a hard cap, and there are some items that will never be trivial.

The geerlok and trophy do not stack, once you have made your GM Fletcher's Knife, may as well turf the geerlok. You won't be needing it any more :)

I wouldn't get over-confident on trying trophies at less than 250... the random number generator is very fickle!

I made my fletching trophy on the first attempt at 250, but my hubby (250 jeweller) got his on the third try.

Can you post the recipe? I have been researching it but haven't found the recipe. Everything I see is different. I am at skill 184 and working it up.

Everything is different because the GM trophy for each tradeskill is a different recipe for the final combine - all the other steps are the same though.

Not to be mean but couldn't you figure it out? This was under the feltching topic, the subject is fletching knife. Ok so I need the recipe for the fletching knife.
