Are these not dropping? Torment isn't exactly the hardest plane to open, we should have stats on the ceramic shackles by now (*crosses his fingers for extended affliction*)...

I have a bunch of hooves in the bank -- vendor bought -- but have never seen putrescent blood for sale, and friends who have hunted Torment say they haven't seen it drop.

The blood is defintely dropping, Purple Diamonds of Torment and the associated jewelcraft recipe have been completed. I guess they just haven't all come together with a potter yet.

those things drop otw to saryrn in the tower, i've never seen the blood though.

I've gotten plenty of hooves. Never seen a blood tho and we've killed Saryrn and everything on the way up, twice.

I have both but short on 1 blood to make the spell. The blood is the rare part. Once I can find someone with the spell or another blood to make the spell for my chanter, then maybe hopefully I can try a combine. I'd like to gain some more skill points first though. Currently at 228 :(

Of course the common drop doesn't stack but the rare does.

Just need one single blood to make an attempt...know someone who has the spell...so frustrating, heh : (
