Yeah he soloed him. Sure. With how many buffs? Frankly still would not buy it. Even with 200 FR/CR he is going to take a good bit of damage from AoE and with Vox she is going to cheal so many times he will cry Mommy. Frankly that post was in fun I bet.

That has been going around for a few days, I simply don't believe it.

The guy had no witnesses, no logs, just a screenshot with a dead dragon.

Even if he had 3 instaclicks I doubt he could have kept any big buffs up for even 1/3rd the fight.

I have a screenshot with me being the only one in Plane of Fear, doesn't mean I soloed Cazic.

Nagafen has been soloed before, by a Shaman, and again by a Necromancer. But, Nagafen doesn CH. Even with a Tranquil Staff, soloing Vox is nigh impossible, no matter how buffed you are.

I find this laughable at best.

Unless he has some sorta quick casting CHeal item there's no way a lvl 52 character could solo a lvl 55 MoB that AoEs and summons.
I know that Bristlbane was duoed by a monk/druid but that was only because Bristlbane has no regen and hits fairly light. Naggy doubles for 250.

Sorry, need more proof than a cute picture and a shot of a /who monk-name (Do a /who <your name here> and you too can make it look like you're the only one in the zone!)

Not saying I believe it but the healing is the least of his worries. Stinging Wort potions are 10 x 300 hp healing as fast as you can click the button. With a couple of backpacks full of those he would have effectively 20 near-instant c-heals at his disposal.

Considering he's the twink of the leader of a powerful guild I doubt the expense of those potions would be an issue.

If people can trio dragons in NToV, i dont see why soloing the original dragons is so hard to believe.

I read that thread before, now he's put 2 posts up saying logs exist... but that he wont post them because it'll get nerfed.

Like sony wouldn't have been going over the logs for 2 days now if Vox/Naggy were both soloed on the same night.

I give it a week before he admits it was just a hoax for april fools, a month late.

The dragons in NToV don't banish anyone above level 52, and were tuned to fight people 58-60 pre-AAs.

P.S. I can type /who all (playername) and receive the same result that he did in that screenshot.

The screenshots are quite obviously tampered with. But he can simply say that he edited them to clear out the rest of the "junk" *shrug* Tho once he realized people actually didn't believe him..he really should have put up the "real" ones if he really wanted to be believed. I believe he is having a great joke on everyone and is probably rolling laughing about it. Even respected people like to have a little fun now and again. I believe it's a joke even MORESO because he is so well liked and so few would expect him to do something like that.

Actually, you *can* get rid of every single window except the chat window, so the screenshots aren't necessarily editted.

I've done a number of Vox/Naggy raids, and I'm rather curious as to his methods. At least by his magelo, while resists are decent, regen/AC aren't extraordinarily high, and I know how badly Naggy/Vox's claws ripped through me. Innumerable bags of insta-click heals could do it, sure, but I'm hoping if it isn't a hoax that its something more interesting than that.

As for logs, I wouldn't find them useful ... straight text files can be faked, all you need is patience and some attention to detail.

Real or fake, its at least entertaining :P

A Necromancer was the first to solo Nagafen...every necro paid for it throughout Kunark and most of Velious before it got better...Shamen and Druids were caught in the shockwave...
