Hope Stone MQ - What are the chances?

In speaking with a few triton peeps, I've been told on any given raid night a couple of these will drop.

I wanted to know what are the chances I could get one MQ'd and roughly what price range I might be looking at?

I've got two simple mobs to kill to finish my 3 advanced planar manuals but won't be seeing the elemental planes for some time.

Dimstar last I knew has one for MQ. If he isn't on, you can contact his two other RL Brothers, Solarstar (FU) or Rlynn.

Wow, first time I've heard that...like most MQ's I had figured if hope stone turned in first, then the three planar manuals it would work. I know MQs don't work when there is a combine involved, but this is a first for turn ins.

If thats the case, I'm disappointed ;(

Can I ask munwin, what makes you say that?

Following Grimel's advice, hailing the councilman gives a quest similar to Secrets of the Planes: Go fetch a Hope Stone! This step has been verified to NOT be MQable. The councilman will reject items that are turned in to him one at a time. Turn in the signet and the Hope Stone, and you will receive a disgustingly droolworthy earring.

They were talking about MQing the hopestone for the final Manual.

Advanced Stealth + Advanced Magic + Advanced Combat + Hope Stone = Secret of the Planes.
