Looking for recipe resource for blood runed ink

i need to know where this comes from, who tells, or sells the thing saying how to make this, i cant find it under the PoP Data anywhere, but the recipe is listed under the Misc section of PoP.

so if anyone knows, thanks =)

It's used in a jewelcraft recipe, so is from the jewelcraft book. Unfortunately, on the PoK trade supplies page, that seems to be one of the resources missing from the bottom of the page. The book was received either from one of the two Deepfacets, or from Noirin Khalen, I'd suspect, if you hail her with the appropriate level of JC skill.

Will have to go verify this one again tomorrow, I guess, if someone doesn't beat me to it.

The recipe is in the book "Compendium of Odd Jewelry", which is given to skilled jewelers upon request by Audri Deepfacet, in the Plane of Knowledge at 405, 756.

The Plane of Knowledge trade supplies page listing of such recipe sources has been updated.
