Vendors for Parchment and Quill

Did i miss somethin or is there not a single vendor where i can buy a quill and parchment as an iksar?

Not sure if I am right or not but can't Iskars go into Neriak? If they can the parchments and quills can be bought there.

Where do *Iksar necros* buy their Book of Dark Bindings? That will be the merchant you are looking for to buy parchments and quills.

If Iksar necros had been depending on alts/mules/friends (or had to work on their faction) to buy the Book of Dark Bindings in the past, then the same tradition is being followed now with parchments and quills.

The two merchants in SH and Echo Caverns that sell Wiz, Mag and Chanter research tomes do not sell the Necro tome. So Iksar necros had been buying the Book of Dark Bindings from somewhere else.

If Iksar can buy from vendors in Echo Caverns, there's a quill/parchment merchant there. I don't play an ikky so I can't confirm, but a DE necro can buy there without having done any previous faction work.

In the House of Stout, in SH, on the bottom floor, all the way in the back on the left, there is a high elf selling Research Tomes, and parchment and Quill.

She is the mechant listed in the "Tradeskill Supplies" page, but for some reason, they only list her Research Tomes, and not the fact that she sells Parch/Quills.
