I was looking on the site could not find where frying pan molds are sold so that i could smith myself one. Anyone know? thanks!

Since the frying pan is a smithed item, it's listed on the smithing supplies page on the main site.

A quick search using my browser's find function on that smithing supplies page shows that it's available in Jaggedpine.

Don’t forget about the ceramic lining when trying to make your nonstick frying pan. I haven’t updated my smithing printouts in some time so I was trying to make one from memory this last weekend for my newest character. After several unsuccessful tries I finally logged out and came back here and looked up the recipe. I guess it’s just as well that we have to use a ceramic lining. Can you imagine what a mess the pan would be to clean without it after making several stacks of patty melts?

Jaggedpine Forest is where the mold is sold. You need at least a partially decent skill in both Pottery and Smithing to make the frying Pan. Check the bazaar, normally you can find it being sold for less than 50 plat.

I got lucky yesterday.

I was getting ready to gather up the materials I needed to make myself a frying pan, when I got lucky and found 2 on a merchant. they cost me less than a plat each. :)
