Where is a good Alchemy walkthru

As the subject says I'm wondering if there are any new and uptodate walkthru(s). I'm kinda looking for something along the lines of the baking walkthru with different options from point A to point B and location would be great as well. I have a troll shaman btw.

I made this (http://www.sirhawk.org/lounge/shaman.asp) for my own use while I was learning alchemy, haven't touched it in a while but the info there should still be accurate. Note it's not a complete list of potions, but rather the potions I found useful, either for pure skill ups, or as a worthwhile potion that I made after it trivialled. Hope this helps!
