level 49 spells trivial at 182 not 184. At least they did with geerlock. I had to buy my way from 182 to 200.

Just curious. If you removed your modifiers (geerlok, thought horror scalp, etc.), couldn't you use the lvl 49 pages to get to 184?
This is bending my mind a bit. I seriously suck at any kind of math and this seems like an algebra problem to me. ;)
I am trivial on all but Nilitim's 378 to 450, but now it occurs to me that if I removed my two modifiers, perhaps I could have used the lower pages for a few more skill-ups.
Am I wayyyy wrong?

Modifiers do not affect trivials, only chance of success. If an item trivials at 105, and you have 100 skill and a 5% mod equipped, you can still skill up to 105 on that recipe, even though your "effective" skill is already 105.

So a high school math teacher was right when he said all I did in his class was get 45 minutes older?
Thanks for clearing that up.
