Can Spell Research be trained over 200?

I am a Wizard. My Spell research is at 200. Using AA abilities - can I train my Spell Research over 200? Or, is there any way to get over 200?

Spell Research is limited to 200 in skill, and cannot go higher. New Tanaan Crafting Mastery (the AA in question) does not affect Research.
