What drops the stormwatcher's stones and sandstorm pearls?

Sandstorm Pearl is dropped by Jord Giants in BoT.
Stormwatchers stone i assume drop from the stormwatchers in BoT.
I am going to hunt them today and will come back with the result.

What does the focus effect "anger of eci" do anyways?

23% increase in dmg on DD's.
Excluding pbae, and aoe.
Excluding 'buer' dragons and giants. (no idea, assuming boss NTOV stuff). Besides thats what dragon and giant bane are for :)

Are you sure it's all DD and not just Cold?

Effect is just on cold based spells for that one, I have the Raintravelers Overcloak and it is nice.
