Ok, I know this is a quested item, but one could almost say the item is tinkered by a gnome NPC. I keep hearing about how its rechargeable, but no one who says its rechargeable actually has one or knows exactly what you use to recharge it with.

Before you ask, I've checked the post about rechargeing items, and no, this isn't in there.

But, my question is, can anyone definitavely say that it is rechargeable, and by what?

As far as I know, it is not rechargable and requires a component to use a charge.

But that's just what I've heard, could well be wrong.
