alchamy supplies

since most alchamy supplies are very xpensive. :shock: ..does anyone have have some drop locations of some alchamy items that can get me up to about 100 or beyond.call me a cheap bastage but i cant see dishing out 25 pp per item and it takes 20 items just to get 10 to 12 potions lol..
can anyone help?. :cry:

The herbalist area in Chardok is the only place I can think of where herbs drop. It's kind of like what the plane of innovation is to tinkerers.

Aye, the only place where our herbs drop is Chardok, and there it's only off of a few mobs, so it's really not a viable way to get your materials. That said, you might find the Alchemy Prices (http://www.eqtraders.com/prices/alchemy.htm) page useful. It lists recipes in order by trivial, with the total price of vendor-purchased components noted.

If you work titan potions up the cost isn't all that bad. I was expecting to pay through the teeth but ended up paying about 6k or so to get from 104 to about 167 at the time. You can start into illusion potions then and make a little bit of money selling them to people :)
