New Containers work for old spell combines

I can confirm as of this morning 03/03 that my chanter was able to use the new phantasmal tome to make 'old world' research spells. Made a 20th, 29th, and 44th level spell as tests.

I'm of the thought that all the other new containers would work the same, but not able to check them out myself.

I did send this over the serverwide.eqtraders channel this morning, so hopefully this isn't new news to everyone.. :D

Fantastic news :).

I can get rid of my Lexicon (after confirmation appears for Wizards).

Just gotta get research up a bit first.

You can use the new containers for combining sub-50 spells, HOWEVER, you must have a certain level of skill in research (not sure what it was) to be able to get the Lexicon from the Researcher.

You gotta have at least a 100 skill in research in order to get the new research container

Actually it requires a skill of 101. I tried at 100 and had to go back to the trainer for that 1 extra point.

Yep me too. Was unable to get it with 100 skill but he gave it to me with 101.
