When making the ink, what do you combine the jar, bubonian blook and inky secretions in?

I have questen please to the Ink. Can you give me a full recept what i need for the product this Rune please. I now i need a Necro with reserch skill and his Book of dark Binding but dont now witch Items. I have List from EQ traders but i am confuse.
Where nice when somewhere can help me please

Ink is made by anyone by combining a bubonian blood and a inky secretion in a small jar (made by pottery). Take what that creates and combine with a leperloth bone segment in a necro research book (this has to be done by a necro and is not trivial at 145). Take that finished product and combine with the disease diamond (made by imbuing a raw diamond with the imbue disease spell, requires a 2nd bubonian blood to imbue).

Pretty sure i didn't miss any thing.

Inky Secretion is dropped, it's a purple vial, looks like Nightmare Mephit Blood.

I believe inky secretions is a droped item, I've seen them on vendors a lot. Would be guessing plane of disease.

Dropped by pusslings in plane of disease. Never actually hunted them but am told they are in buildings to the right of the zone in.

All of the ones I have found have been off vendors personally.

I noticed that a necro with skill 159 tended to fail quite a bit, but one with 178 didn't have any failures although it was not trivial.

The research combine was not trivial at 182 either, and after 4 fails in 10 attempts, I trotted down to my trainer and spent a few points on it :) The combine is trivial at 200 :)
