I spent 5-10 stacks of bait in PoK, at 115 skill, and never got anything other then the Basic 4.

there are those little round pools you see some NPC's sitting around. might just have to fetch a pole, some bait and test if there is anything special in PoK, then head out to some other zone... :P

I was fishing in the main pool in PoK. I spent 5-10 stacks of bait and caught nothing special in PoK.

Ditto, I've spent a lot of time fishing there while I forage and have yet to see anything of interest pop up. Just the usual fresh fish, scales, rusty daggers and sandals.

The Quellian koi and waterleaf scales are indeed caught in PoT....no idea what the scales are for, and the koi does not combine in tackle box (they are not usable for darts).
