Question about Tink:250

Will the tinkering trade for gnomes always go to 250 without regard to another skill going to 250? ie: it is set apart from the Brewing, Fletching, Baking, Smithing, Pottery, and Jewelcrafting (which only one can go to 250 pre-AA Tanaan..Mastery)?

Only general tradeskills are affected by the "only 1 skill over 200" bit. It's possible for a gnome rogue to have 250 poison making, 250 tinkering, and 250 in a general tradeskill without having spent a single AA point on NTCM.
