about time also, to much farming included, would suggest stoneroot falls spiders, over and over again, will get you 20-40 pages/parchments/vellums an hour.

I stopped at 251 so far ... need many more drake wings.

Hybrid Research is by far the most difficult ... slower skilling ... 40 AAs.

This may be a dumb question, but is hybrid the same as regular? If so, can I take all the same paths as a caster? or am I limited? I would think I could do sk tomes and spells, but not sure about necro spells. Research just looks a bit complex compared to the other tradeskills. Got the AA's though lol!

Is there a guide for hybrids posted somewhere? If not.. please post one and yes GRATS!!

Only pure int casters are able to do the binding powder combines. Others are limited to cleansing solutions then spells/tomes as their skill up path.

Researcher's Ceramic Clay is an alternative skill-up path for hybrids if your DPS is good. I could clear all the drake camps in Sunderock Springs and get a stack of webbings per hour, which was usually good for 1 skill-up.

It gets nasty once the clay trivials though, the parchments need to be farmed and the parchment solutions are either very expensive to buy or moderately expensive/annoying to farm and combine. And we can only do hybrid combines, so some of the parchment types end up being useless.

Nice accomplishment. When I stopped working on it about mid-december, I had reached 280 on my ranger. I have never gotten back to it.
