I've been wanting to make this bow for quiet awhile now but can't find the supplies. Anyone have some information on it such as the recipie and how to make the E'Clan Ice cams?

Look around the main site has never been the right answer to a question.

Especially in this case where the recipies are in a counterintuitive place.

The PoP stuff is in its own section, with sub-bits for each skill. Go to Recipies, Planes of Power (its on top) and it will have a subsection for fletching with links into the tinkering bit for the cams.
