Im not at all sure what ink to use here but this was my best guess:

Grimoire
Quill of the Fury
Ralos' Ink Additive
Impairing Thickener
Ink of Finesse (x2)

Inks: Im not at all sure about the inks here and I can't any precident in another skill to help naroow it. I think it should be x2 of whatever ink it is, but nothing I tried worked. I tired Inks of Affliction (throwing), Inks of Breaching (2H skill but might losely translate to general skill modifiers?), Inks of Pain (direct damage), Inks Reach (process on range), Inks of Striking (melee damage), Inks of Zek (generic processes), Inks of the Nameless (skill debuff?), Inks of the Martyr (melee process when struck?). All was DNC.

The rest of the recipe seems pretty solid to me.
