Question About Shaped other potion vials

Hello all been away from EQ for a while and am unable to make Unfired shaped potion vials or for that matter any of the other low end vials of this type could someone please give me a clue about it and why the recipes arent working?

What are the exact items you are using? What container?

This will help people see if there is maybe a missing ingredient or another problem.

Also, which recipe are you trying to make. Full name

I was trying to make a Simple Shaped Potion Vial
The recipe is as follows

Quality Firing Sheet

Unfired Simple Shaped Potion Vial Set
To make Unfired Simple Shaped Potion Vial Set (Pottery: Yield 1, trivial 38), Combine the following in a Pottery Wheel, or Tanaan Pottery Wheel
Block of Clay
Large Block of Clay(5)
Small Block of Clay
Huge Block of Clay
Shaped Potion Vial Sketch

When I try to combine these items to make the unfired simple shaped potion vial set I keep getting cant combine these items. I also added a water though it was not listed as well. I also did it with 1 through 5 large blocks of clay and got the same message.

I just tested this, and I was able to make this combine with exactly the items you listed. Are you sure you were using a "Shaped Potion Vial Sketch" and not a "Simple Shaped Potion Vial Sketch"? Are you sure you were doing it in the wheel, not in the kiln? Are you sure you didn't use the Quality firing sheet for the unfired step?
