Mortar and Pestle combine

Only Rogues can now use a Mortar and Pestle.

Last I heard from Ngreth, he knew these needed adjusting but wasn't sure that the fixes (e.g. mixing bowl combines) had gone in. I have it on my list to test these combines in mixing bowls before I do the updates.

I'll try to get to it tomorrow morning then do the updates once I'm sure what does and doesn't work in a mixing bowl.

Elf Essence - verified yesterday, caused me to initiate this thread
Crushed Windstone -verified today
Enchanted velium powder - verifird today

Crushed Flame Agate - no Flame Agate readily available; random drop in many zones; not for sale in bazaar
Crushed Soapstone - - no Soapstone readily available; drop in Plane of Water; not for sale in bazaar

I am not payong 4K for the Soapstone, though.
