These are the listed ingredients of the bow, but where do they drop? I've tried searching for more info but no luck. Only thing I'm sure of is the grease, since I've done tons of that before.

kelp bow string (tailored; 2 strands of slarghilug kelp, wax)
2 e'cian ice cams (smithing; cam parts mold, e'cian ice, file & tinkering; e'cian ice bolts, e'cian ice cam parts, jar of clockwork grease)
