A good tip at the moment when you get the error is to not continue to keep trying to post it. Most of the time the error just seems to delay adding a new post. Refresh your browser after a few minutes and if your post isn't there, then try again. It seems to cause a lot of messiness (which I learned the hard way) if you keep submitting til it lets you through.
Right now it seems to be mainly inflicting the Primal Scream Room (at least that's the only place I've personally had problems).
