Here is the shopping list of everything you need to make one bow assuming that you fail no combines in the entire process. (Taken from Kaeianea's post on an older message board system).
Shopping list for one combine attempt, assuming no failures!
2 Block of Clay - Merchant Purchase
2 Small Jar Sketch - Merchant Purchase
2 Quality Firing Sheet - Merchant Purchase
4 clockwork grease - foraged in Plane of Innovation
2 Innovative Bolts - dropped in Plane of Innovation off various mobs
2 Innovative Gears - dropped in Plane of Innovation off various mobs
2 Nightmare Arachnid Silks - dropped in Plane of Nightmare off spiders with "creeper" in their name
1 Clump of Wax - Merchant Purchase
1 Nightmarewood Bow Staff - dropped in Plane of Nightmare off various treants near zone in
1 Planing Tool - Merchant Purchase
To make the string....
-Take 2 Nightmare Arachnid Silks and 1 clump of wax. Combine in Planar Sewing Kit (Purchase in PoK) - Trivial above 160 and under 171 Tailoring.
To make the cams....
-Make small jars using the pottery skill. Trivial around 36ish. 1 Block of Clay, 1 Small Jar Sketch, 1 Flask of Water...combine in pottery wheel. Then fire in a kiln with a quality firing sheet. Take 2 foraged grease from PoI and combine in the small jar to yeild 1 jar of innovative grease.
-Get a Tinker of approx 239 skill to combine 1 jar of innovative grease with 1 innovative gear and 1 innovative bolt, this will yeild 1 innovative bow cam. (Repeat as necessary for more cams).
To make the bow....
-Buy a Planar Fletching Kit from Ellis Cloudchaser in PoK
-Put the following in the kit:
-1 Nightmarewood Bow Staff
-2 Innovative Bow Cams
-1 Nightmare Silk String
-1 Planing Tool
Hit combine. Not Trivial at 250 Fletching.
