Vah Shir Pottery charms bugged?

Ok, so I finally got around to playing with these wednesday night and here's what I did. Into the kiln I placed

1 Expert Khala Vir Acrylia Bar
1 Expert Vah Anima Swatch
2 Unfired Expert Charm
1 Symbol of Physical Unity

it returned two -
Expert Charm of Physical Refinement
NO TRADE ATTUNABLE
Slot: CHARM
Wt: 0.1 Size: SMALL
Class: WAR MNK ROG BER
Race: VAH

I had petitioned to see if this was a known bug, and got the standard "Ask other players, blah blah blah". So, the question is, did I miss something and that's why I got 2 no trade attunable no stat charms or is it a bug like the journeyman and grandmaster charms? I need to farm some more black acrylia before I can try making any of the other vah charms to see if those give the same results as well.

Um. I would be rather surprised if this were intended. None of the other charms are no-trade, as far as I know.

They shouldn't be No Trade, that's for sure. I'd /bug it.

Quick question. Did you equip either charm?

yes, I actually did equip both of them, but they were no drop before the fact. Besides, I'm on FV and attunable means nothing. Was hoping that maybe they needed to be equipt to get the stats up on them. I'll get a screenshot of them and figure out how to post it *grins*

I'm hunting in Acrylia caverns right now trying to get black acrylia so I can make more bars to try the other vah charms to see if they're bugged too *shrugs* Unfortunately, my pottery isn't anywhere near high enough to be making these with any regularity yet....

Well, using the same recipe above, switching the Symbol of Physical Unity for a Symbol of Derived Unity, I got the same results as the physical one. No stats, no trade. It'll be a while before I can check on the spiritual (I really should be working pottery up some more before doing this :irked: ) I think I'm going to take the plunge and say the Vah charms are all bugged though.

Ooookaaay... hmmm... It's been forever since I considered anything from FV, BUT iasn't everything NO DROP on FV? As for the stats, you are only supposed to be getting stats if you are also wearing other pieces of Cultural Armor. First, are you taking a screenie of an unequipped charm (considering that you just posted screenies from 2 different class' charms)? And second, if you are equipping one of em, ar you also wearing any other cultural armor? You will show a blank charm if you have no other armor.

actually, almost nothing is no drop on FV... and I wasn't aware that you needed to be wearing the other cultural gear with it to have stats... but still, it shouldn't be no drop.... or at least not until its been attuned (which doesn't work on FV anyway)

Ok... so I goofed and didn't read something somewhere (though I still haven't been able to find any posts regarding the stats being based on how much of the cultural gear you're wearing) However, it still shouldn't be No Trade until its been equipt. So it is still buggy, just not as bugged as I thought it was.

I was able to do an expert combine with only pure melee classes can use. Had a toon high enough to equip one of the 3 charms. There's no stats on the charm. Hopefully this will get fix on the next patch.
