Possible trivial change on Lined vials

I have a 146 or so skill, and I tried to make a lined vial the other day and when I combined it, I received the trivial message.

Iirc, the lined go to 168...has anyone else done a recent lined vial combine that isn't past 168?

I skilled up to 168 on lined vials about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Trivial was still 168 at that time.
