Planar Traveler's Manual and following Quests...

With the discovery of the Hopestone, I'm hoping to complete the quest for the end resulting book. I have someone who can MQ an intermediate step (ratillicus head). My question is, Does that person need to have completed the beginner's manual? Or can he turn in head, and I turn in beginner's manual to complete the MQ?

No. I got ratticus head for mq. I just hailed npc, he asked for head and beginer manual, my friend gave head and I gave manual after and got my upgraded manual.

Actually, Junk Beast is triggered spawn.
Just collect items, give them to gnome near poi :)

That's clockwork dragon you can spawn. Junk beast you have to clear PHs
