Component List for PoP

I want to start a list of where to find things.
I'm not really looking for the recipes here, but more to know:

(1) if a particular ingredient is sold, dropped, or foraged.
(2) what mobs these drop off of in their specific zones.

In addition, DenMom has asked that we include weight, size, race/class, magic/lore/no drop status, as well as a note on if the item is stackable.

Any information might be helpful at this point. :)

I never see Solidified Magma drop in POF, though in Guild raid, kill a lot magma type mobs so I guess this is rare rare drop (like highly polished gem)

I think in POW, frog is rare pop, though you form one group, you could not move inside so deeply, you could only camp close in ZI, but frog rare pop in ZI and close to deeper a bit inside, so maybe frog type mob rare pop, then oil of frog is rare rare drop.

Obsidianwood sap drops from spiders, but most spiders only drop silk and other thing, so this is rare drop (I killed around 30 spiders only drop one sap)
