Has anyone found the recipe for this bow?
It seems to have quite good stats:
Damage: 20 Delay: 24 Range: 220 Effect: Ykesha
AC: +10 Sta: +10 Agi: +15 Wis: +8 Magic Resist: +35 HP: +75 Mana: +100

Actually you're right. I haven't checked that yet. Doh! :oops:

Serves me right for reading Allakhazam and not being more sceptical. Maybe it is a drop. It's on my wanted list either way :)

1. It is fletched.

2. The recipe is on the PoK recipies page.

3. Unless your guild is hitting the elemental planes, or you are *very* well off, your chances of actually getting one is rare, as almost all the parts drop in the elemental planes.

4. If memory serves, of all 4 elemental plane bows, this one is the worst. The other ones I know the stats of have a ratio in excess of 1.0 This bow is under 1.0

Doesn't actually seem that bad to me. Although it's true that it's the only bow whose damage doesn't exceed the delay, it's also the fastest of the four.

Many thanks for the replies.
My guild is not at the level to raid the planes yet for the components, but we are growing stronger :)
Maybe a SCARAB raid or asking some of our uber guild friends can help.

Drops for these bows come from planes you can't even enter until you've received character flags in the previous planar tier.
It's highly doubtful your local "uber" guild is going to want to help flag non guildies as most don't really like the prospect of going back and flagging new members if they can help it. Easier to just make one of their recruitment requirements as being flagged to a certain tier of planes before even applying.

It's still possible that you might get lucky by vendor diving but it's much less likely than it was when PoP opened and no one knew what most of the drops are for. Instead of the entire 55+ population of the server in some open planes, you've got a small core of 60+ people that are all guildmates in the 4th tier planes and first right to any tradeskill material will go to their own tradeskillers.
