Thank you for walking me through processes that are brand new without making me feel like an idiot. I try to ask intelligent questions, so thank you for recognizing my attempt. Thank you for trying things just to see if they'll work to try to save me from a long, involved, painful procedure - we both know they probably won't work, but it is nice to know that you took the time to TRY.
You often must perform a thankless, frustrating job. Thanks for helping make my job a bit easier as a result.
