2 Quick Poisonmaking questions!

The first, simply enough is can you train to 200 poisonmaking on a lvl 1 toon? Or can you only train 5pts per level like alchemy.

Secondly, Drops of pure mercury, having a hard time finding these in bazaar. So thought I may just make em myself. Trivials at some 61. But I read may require some 191 skill to even perform. Is this true?

BTW, this is no longer level restricted as of the DoN expansion. Nothing is level restricted now. But ou also cannot train make poison on a trainer past 21 anymore, either. Of course, there is apparently a current bug such that you can't train make poison at *all* on a trainer at the moment--they have lost their make poison training ability!

But, you do need to get to level 16 before you can train a single point in make poison (at least I think you still need to get to level 16). So a level 1 cannot get *any* make poison skill, but a level 16 can get all the way to 300.

None of the tradeskills are level restricted any longer. This includes poison making and alchemy (as well as tinkering.) HOWEVER, you cannot learn the skill until level 16 (I think it's 16.) So no, you cannot "train" to 200 at level 1. You could train to 300 at level 16 though. By train, you mean make combines to learn the skill. However, "in the olden days" you could train poison making at your guildmaster all the way up to the max. This is no longer true. You can only train until 21 at the guildmaster. After that, you gotta learn them in the field.

Rogues get the Make Poison skill at level 20, not at level 16.
