serpent's drink effect change

The spell cast when drinking the Serpent's drink potion (lucy.fnord.net/item.html?id=14443) seems to have changed on the live servers just recently. The potion now seems to cast Turtel Skin (lucy.fnord.net/spell.html?id=283) on a person.

Is this a new change, or did I miss it?

Oooh ya, that's a wee bit of an upgrade over the previous effect Scale Skin, an additional 3-4 AC.
