PoP focus recipe from nightmare?

It seems all planes have components for focus item except nightmare one.
Anyone tried to discover nightmare recipe (glaze with components for nightmare mostly)?

It seems every craft is lacking a recipe from one plane. So my feeling has been that nightmare is the one we would not have.

But yes, most tradeskills do not have recipes for every plane.

What about the Crypt of Decay? I have yet to see a recipe for anything in there. We have been doing exp there so I've been keeping all the drops and forages. Maybe after the weekend I'll post what I have for dropped stackable stuff and foraged items.
