Did I do Something Wrong?

In the General section a day or so ago, I asked a question regarding the likelihood of making a trophy at skill level in the low 220s. One person responded with "5 percent", which I questioned. Today I went looking for the thread to see if anyone else had responded, and the thread appears to be missing.

I'm wondering if I did something wrong or what may have happened to the thread.

While I'm not sure what happened to your thread, it was probably considered a 'duplicate' post since that gets ask alot, or move to the specific forum for the trophy you asked about.

That said, I agree you probably have a slightly higher chance of success, but it essentially untestable due to the nature of the combine. You just can't put a tested number on something you stop making after the first success.

I remember seeing one of the mods commenting that (and I believe it was Lothay in Primal Scream) that the boards hiccuped and dumped about 3 hours worth of posts....

There is a post there titled "Deleted Topic", or some such title, might want to look at that. Could be the same thing.

How far back did you go, if your post did not get moved/deleted it could be on a back page with the amount of traffic this sight get if no one else responded to your question

These boards got moved to a new server. During that move, a few hours of posts went poof.

As for the question, I guess I was sorta hoping that people who had tried their trophy at less-than-242 skill would comment. I'll ask again.
