Updated page and added how to never run out of stat food.
Sorry to all you bakers out there but some people buy once and make the food last forever.

Thank you for the info on how to use Stat Foods ... I can pass it along to my customers in Bazaar when I am asked.
Here is some info I dug up for you regarding food / drink duration times.
There are currently 7 different classes of food and drink. Each of the classes has a specific "BASE" RL time if consumed normally. The times can vary during game play based on your character class, race, and if you have a mount.
The Classes and BASE RL times are (food / drink) ...
Snack / Whistle Wetter - 15 minutes
Meal / Drink - 30 minutes
Hearty / Refreshing - 60 minutes
Banquet / Lasting - 90 minutes
Feast / Flowing - 120 minutes
Enduring / Enduring - 150 minutes
Miraculous / Miraculous - 180 minutes
Force-feeding (consumption by right clicking on the item to eat or drink), according to Abscor, cuts these times in half.
Some of the variations (which I have not received confirmation on yet) ...
Halfling race - requires twice as often (ex. meal / drink = 15 minutes)
Monk class - requires half as often (ex. meal / drink = 60 minutes)
Character with mount - increased but exact rate unknown.

Horses eat a lot. I haven't seen exact numbers but they appear to eat at least as much if not more as a player-character. All my mounted guild members are always sending out requests for more food when we are on long raids.

My husband moves his stat food/drinks to the bottom of his packs while on a horse ~ they use up a LOT.

The "Dollar Store Timer" is still the best thing to have while playing - I eat - I twist the timer to 20 mins. The forced foods then get eaten on a regular bases and I NEVER worry about eating the STAT food. I have a FULL stack that has lasted weeks of play time.
I was in the dollar store today and they have dozens of the timers - I'll get a camera and post a pic on my site and if someone needs one because they cant find it - we can make arrangements for me to send one. I don't mind and if it helps fellow tradeskillers then all the better.
Give me a few days to get the picture because I have to borrow the camera.
